Hey!

Have you ever been able to use the WiFi on that laptop?

Also what is the make/model of your laptop.

Thanks,

Darktune

Hey,

Any change with an Ethernet cable?

Have you changed anything with your laptop? (change OS?)

Thanks,

Darktune

Please could you do the following.

  • Download and install Speccy to see if we can find anything wrong with your network. When  FileHippo opens, click on Download latest version in the upper right pane.
  • When Speccy opens please could you click file in the top left hand corner and click publish snapshot.
  • A screen will appear please click Yes.
  • Another screen will appear please click copy to clipboard
  • In your next post please could you right click inside the reply box and click paste.

Thanks,

Darktune

Try going to Control Panel>Device Manager and check the status of the wifi receiver. Make sure it's not disabled. if it is, right click it and re-enable it. if there is a warning icon on the wifi device, it may be a driver issue.

Hey, sorry for my delay. My WiFi at home decided it no longer wanted to work.

I will post back later today.

Thanks!

Hey,

Just curious, on your keyboard you will have the keys F1 to F12 (above your numeric keys)

Do any of these have an image similar to the one you have on screen?

If so press the Fn key (located next to your left Ctrl button) and that button with the image at the same time.

Any change?

Thanks,

Darktune
