It likely changed your browser's default homepage and search engine.  To remove it, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall "websearches" using the control panel > Add or Remove programs.

2. Since I do not know what browser you're using, I will use Chrome as an example. Go to settings in the top right and click "Manage search engines..".  Make google (or whatever else you want) the default.  Delete websearches from the list of search engines.

3. Above the manage search engines button you will see a blue "Change" link next to new tab page.  Delete any websearches entry listed.

The process is similar and you will need to repeat this for all web browsers.

Sorry I should have been more clear.  You can't remove a search engine until you have one to replace it.  In the "Other search engines" look for Google, hover over it, and select "Make default"  You will now be able to hover over the websearches entry and an "X" should appear to remove it.

I found that your problem is related to the item below >>

The “This content requires Media Player 12.2 Update” pop-up ad is a social engineering technique, which is used cyber criminals to install adware and a potentially unwanted programs on users computers.

You will find this item listed on "floow.tv", so NEVER click on it ...........
