I was recently infected by cryptodefense, it encrypted several files.
I have been able to recover some files using the emisisoft decrypter, however it doesn't seem to register most of the files I care about as being encrypted. it was successful in decrypting all of the files that it actually tried to decrypt, but there are so many that it doesn't even attempt (and it doesn't delete the ransom files in these directories as well).
Please help me, I have so many important documents that I need to recover (it got my external drive with all my backups as well).
Thank you so much.
