Iexplore Kernel32.dll Errors

Hello fine people of bleeping...

Here is the error message I keep getting. I am running an older PIII 733mhz, 384mb, Win 98se....

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 016f:bff9db61.

I have clear cache, cleaned disk, ran updates registry mechanic, spybot, all the ones you all recommend.... and I get the same error even about a fresh boot.

Can you assist?

Would appreciate any suggestion.
