Ok... so I just got Half-Life 2, when I first tried playin it a pop-up from steam came up saying I needed to update my video card driver... so I did... but whenever I play Half-Life 2 the display looks entirely completely up and totally screwed over... if anyone could help me I would love it, my video card is an NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU and I got This Driver and I'm running Windows XP... I don't think my computer's inable to play the game because I have at least double the minimum requirements, and it seems to work fine, just the display's messed up....

Well, what exactly are your specs?

Secondly, might you be forcing the game to run at Dx8/9? If not, then looking like that could mean that your video card is going bad. At the very least, a Geforce 6600/5500 would help out a ton and though HL2 doesn't look too bad with DX7, it looks tons better with dx8/9.

Nevermind, I resolved the problem, I just had to find the previous driver and install that since I was unable to do a rollback....
