Hover user and Task manager

I have a windows server 2008 x64, I think our server was hack because every time I want to log in I notice that the Task manager was grayed and there is a user " Hover " is added to users and administrator group. can anyone help me to solve this issue.?

If you see the username Hover in the users tab of taskmgr, then yeah someone has added an RDP account to the server, some more info would be handy like isit a Domain or has the user added a local admin or Domain Wide admin?

The user added to local admin not domain admin because I searched in active directory but not find there.
