A simple question, could i use the graphic card without geting a bottleneck,?

if not which MBO 1155 and i5 series procesor do you recommend for me, so the MBO should cost around 100/150$ and the proc maybe with the Z87 chipset and the K series of proc?

Hi, when paired with the i3-2100 and R9-270X, there would be some bottleneck but not a significant amount although if your budget allows, an upgrade to  the latest platform would be better.

Something along the lines of that but 2013 titles should perform pretty well on the 270X despite the slight CPU bottleneck.
