The only way that I know of is to wipe the iPad.  How to Wipe an iPad to Factory Settings Without a Passcode

You may be able to restore it if it was backed up to a computer, but I don't know if that will restore the Passcode also.

I am sorry, my last post broke and I couldn't edit it for some reason.

An easy way to get back to the iPad. Visit www.icloud.com and access it in a web browser. Log in to iCloud when prompted. Click "Find my iPhone." When the map appears, click on all devices at the top and select your iPad from the list. Erase your iPhone.

Normally, once your iPad is disabled and you don't back up in time, you will lose all your data. Therefore, regular backups are really important.
