Crypto Wall recovery

hi everyone! 
I just got Cryptowall yesterday. Then I wanted to follow this guide but in the regedit (registry?) there wer not those 2 files. 
I deleted all that were in, but they were all different (like skype was in there). I fear it is hidden in default, but I think I can't delete that. 
I also googled for a solution, but didn't find "the" solution... :( 
Is there anyone who knows how to do that? My bachelor thesis is up there and I backed it up like 2 weeks ago. A lot would've been lost...
