Welcome to the forum. I am checking your log now and will return as soon as I have researched all the items.

While we are working together, please ....
  • Reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
  • If you are unsure of what to do, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
  • Be patient. HijackThis logs take some time to research.
Please note the following:
  • I will be working on your Malware issues: This may or may not, solve other issues you may have with your machine.
  • The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.
  • Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. (Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.)
  • The process may take considerable time.

Welcome,

Please follow the instructions provided, you may want to print out these instructions and use them as a reference.

===============

Now, let's open a command prompt and unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

regsvr32 /u msprxcore.dll

It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to the command prompt to save on the typing.

===============

Run HiJackThis and click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: MSProxy Support Dll - {830DE650-EBE7-434F-99AA-8DCBCDACBD7B} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\msprxcore.dll

O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [MPlayer2_FixUp] C:\WINDOWS\inf\unregmp2.exe /Fixups

O8 - Extra context menu item: Advanced Email Extractor - res://C:\Programfiler\Advanced%20Email%20Extractor%20PRO\AeePMsie.dll/page.html
O8 - Extra context menu item: Scan link with AEE - res://C:\Programfiler\Advanced%20Email%20Extractor%20PRO\AeePMsie.dll/link.html

O9 - Extra button: Email Extractor - {AFA7DB99-3E4D-4396-94F8-B0B135BCB472} - res://C:\Programfiler\Advanced%20Email%20Extractor%20PRO\AeePMsie.dll/page.html (file missing) (HKCU)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Advanced Email Extractor - {AFA7DB99-3E4D-4396-94F8-B0B135BCB472} - res://C:\Programfiler\Advanced%20Email%20Extractor%20PRO\AeePMsie.dll/page.html (file missing) (HKCU)

Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

===============

Using Windows Explorer (Start, All Programs, Accessories). Locate and delete the following item(s), if present.

files...

C:\WINDOWS\system32\msprxcore.dll
C:\WINDOWS\inf\unregmp2.exe

===============

Post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes.
