Hello, I need to help on how to convert some videos I saved so they will play on either Windows Media Player or VLC. I am not sure why but the videos were saved in a format I have never heard of called xspf. Everytime i try to play the video both media players say they cannot recognize the file or format.............

I'd never heard of  XSPF either, so I had to look it up.  Seems that it is an XML playlist that VLC should be able to play.  The error message that you are showing basically says that it can't find the file it is supposed to play, looks to be a YouTube video.  I don't think the issue is with the XSPF file, it is with one of the videos in the playlist.
