I had some virus' removed last week.  Yesterday I couldn't open google chrome.  My husband deleted it.  When I tried to open internet explorer it said proxy server can't be found.  When I searched anyway it said security certificate not found.  I opened anyway.  So now I am trying to find the right program to remove the virus or Trojan.  When I ran the program on this website it said it was free and then wanted to charge me $30.  What to do?
