Hi everyone

I am on a journey to understand operating systems on a deeper level.  I would like to know just how Windows 7 is structured.  By this I mean, learning what all those processes are that are running, and also all the deep advanced settings that are not well known by average users.

Does anyone have any good books or videos they can recommend in order to "really" understand my operating system on a much deeper level?

My level of knowledge is average.

Thanks:)
