Hello,

I have a Acer Aspire X1900 :

- 210W power supply

- Intel Pentium Dual Core E5800 3.2 Ghz

- Intel G41 Express Chipset

- 4GB RAM

I want to play mmo's like tera online on mid to high settings. My budget is 60 USD, which graphic card do you recommend?

PS: I'm not going to upgrade my power supply.

First you'll need to find a GPU (graphics card) to fit your budget and then make sure it will run/work with your current PSU (power supply). From your system description, you're going to need a new PSU as well, so you might want to increase your budget....say like $200 USD. Here are some suggestions.....

I have a ssf case, so a new power supply is out of the question. I only want a new GPU that is compatible with my rig.

I don't think you can ever replace your GPU with that PSU. That is only good for on-board cards. I had to replace my case just to be able to upgrade my graphics card (to accommodate the new PSU). :)

Cheers!
