So, for some reason, Soundcloud has stopped playing seamlessly for me. Now it plays for about 1 second and then thinks/buffers for about 10. It used to play entire songs perfectly.

I thought that maybe it had to do with Flash (I'm pretty green when it comes to computers), so I went to make sure I had the latest version. When I tried to download it, I got this message:

"tk99WsJ_.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."  And it won't let me download the file.

Any clue? I'm on Windows XP SP3.
