What type of computer is this? Homemade, or custom made maybe? If so, what brand and model of motherboard do you have?

Have you messed with the BIOS on your motherboard? Have you tried to update it recently?

Another other software, hardware, or other changes to your computer in the past, at the onset of this problem?
