Help with BSOD atapi.sys Memory Management

The computer is a Dell Vostro running Win7 64-bit.  I occasionally obtain BSOD errors.  Here is the latest dump file info from Blue Screen View.  Any help is appreciated.

I've attached a Crash List of all dumps from Blue Screen View as well.
Seems to point toward a Hard Disc Controller??  Memory possibly?

I would recommend starting with a memory stress test with "Memtest86+" . Please refer the below guide for detailed instructions.


Let the test to complete 7 - 8 passes and post the result/screenshot with next reply.
