Can't Send/Rec or Log In to Outlook Express

Started happening this morning

Asks for password which I have never had to do, and don't even know what it is.

What has happened?

 Outlook Express only works with XP, so I take it that's what you're running.  If you don't know what your password is, you need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) who will give you a temporary password you can use to create a new one. Two good free alternatives to Outlook Express are Thunderbird and Windows Live Mail.

 I assume you're aware that XP has been unsupported by MS since 4/8, so by running it you're becoming more and more susceptible to malware.  You could upgrade to Windows 7 or 8 or try Linux which runs well on XP computers.
