Can't Download / Install Anything!

I can't download and install any .exe files. my computer has just been formatted. Drivers are all installed. But when i try to install Chrome or any other browser, the installation won't push thru. anti virus won't install. can't even update windows defender. please Help!!

Try using the portable version of Windows Repair (All In One). Be sure to allow it to do a system file check first.
