Hi,

I was wondering if you can help me to resolve this issue. My computer suddenly shut itself down randomly. recently it happens a lot to when I was playing this game called Guildwars but it is now happening when I am browsing the internet too.

This pc is brand new and is only 1 week old. This is happening too much now so I am getting very concern. Can you please investigate and advise?

:welcome: to Bleeping Computer Community Givas :)

According to the crash dumps, a  BSOD 0x00000116 which refers to either a bad or outdated driver, overheating, low or generic power supply and or a BIOS update to the motherboard is needed.

If you want to troubleshoot the problem, please post the power supply brand/model and wattage next time. A video driver update would be the initial step to take along with a hardware temperature readings using a 3rd party software during computer usage is needed. Otherwise, use your warranty privilege to avail of the return policy if the desktop was purchased and setup in a computer shop to avoid voiding the sticker when opening the casing.
