I was infected with Alureon.E and managed to remove it along with the hidden partition that it created.  However, now when I boot into Windows 7, I get a BSOD of 0x0000007b.  I can boot into the recovery command prompt from my Windows 7 CD.  Attached is the log file from the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.

Hello, Welcome to BleepingComputer.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps.
===

Run this in the recovery console if you must.

Open notepad (Start =>All Programs => Accessories => Notepad). Please copy the entire contents of the code box below.

start
HKLM-x32\...\Run: [] => [X]
HKU\Paul\...\Winlogon: [Shell] C:\Windows\Explorer.exe [2870272 2011-02-25] (Microsoft Corporation) <==== ATTENTION

End
Save the files as fixlist.txt into the same folder as FRST

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

Restart the computer normally to reset the registry.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
===

You should now be able to start the computer in normal mode.

Run the FRST tool normally one more time and post a fresh log for my review.
