I am having a issue where I goto run JRT in safe mode as Adminstrator, and all it does is open a blank CMD window, wont do anything from there after that.

If I reboot the computer normaly and try itm it runs with no issues.

I have always run my clean up utilitys from safe mode, starting with Rkill and then JRT and a couple others after that. This issue started happening about a month ago. It happens on vista, windows 7 and windows 8. All do the same thing, hangs in safe mode but runs fine with normal mode boot up...

Any ideas?

Thanks

There is no need to run JRT in safe mode unless you cannot get it to run properly when booting into normal mode.

With that said...you can ask the developer (thisisu) a question, report an issue or suggestion in this topic which he monitors for issues with JRT.
