have problem loading windows

i have a challenge here ,i cant install windows XP,windows 7 ,windows 8  on my machine all these windows stops at the same place where it says "starting windows" . 


i tried some Technics ,i tried to change the RAM,HDD, but it still doing the same thing. please help.....

Was there a Windows operating system installed on this hdd prior to trying to install any of the three listed?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
