Have you set the print color to white? Is there ink in the printer for the color you are trying to use?

Does the printer just eject the page or does it feed through like it's printing?

Keep us posted

How long has it been since you last used the printer and it worked? Printer ink can dry in the print head and clog. Sometimes cleaning the print head using the software works. Sometimes you have to replace the print head.

If I am helping you with a problem and I have not responded within 48 hours please send me a PM.
