No Taskbar or icons, Just wallpaper

I was trying to change the res on my pc, but my monitor has no taskbar or icons just wallpaper. My laptop screen is completely broken, so I can't see anything on it either. What do I do?

Try the following. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to bring up the Task Manager. In the Applications tab Press the new task button.




explorer.exe  >okay

I think your pc has hanged just try to restart it or wait for sometime you could find icons and try to keep your computer clean with ccleaner.
