Howdy there everyone, My name is Martin Bernal and I live in Morgan Hill, California which is in Silicon Valley.

i was recently banned from another computer forum after posting a thread in the off topic forum about who I was what I listened to. so I hope I don't upset someone for "being nice" according to Paul Wheaton of coderanch.com

I am currently studying Permaculture Design under Geoff Lawton  of the Permaculture Research Institute in Australia. here is a link to his a website that gives the details on some of his work. you will need a give a name and an email to watch the video. there are some other cool videos too.

I am  regular listening to the following podcasts: The Survival Podcast, Freedomain Radio, Bad Quaker Dot Com and Dan Carlin's Hardcore History.

I am not a big fan of fire and i am looking into getting involved in m Volunteer Fire Department.

Now, on to my computer related stuff. I will be posting in the appropriate forums on this in regards to the finer details

I have an old IBM Netvista that I would like to max out the potential with no over clocking. What I would like to do with this computer is upload the Morgan Hill Cal Fire frequency to the net with through the website at the bottom of this paragraph. I think I also want to use it as a file server. There is also a Link to the specs on the computer.

This is the laptop that I use on a regular basis. in the future  would like to drop some general upgrades in this system to include Ram, HDD, ect.

I also have a computer that I would like to give away to someone which can find a use for it. posting to come on that. FYI it is very old.

if you have any questions for me, please fell free to ask.

Be well and stay cool.
