I am a newbie to this world....but eager to try and fix my system!  When trying to run rKill, in any of its versions, I get this message: "there was a problem retrieving the necessary environment variable: appdata. RKill has terminated!

Any ideas about what do to next?

See if the variable exists:

1.  Open a command prompt window.

2.  Enter the command (no quotes): "set"

3.  Press Enter.

See if the Environment variable is there.

If it is, try running the program at the Admin level.
