Hi folks

I have two laptops, an acer and a Samsung..,up until yesterday both were working just fine, with full connectivity but

now the samsung will not connect to the internet.

The Samsung belongs to my neighbour , it had other problems..massive amounts of malware viruses etc , I 'refreshed' it, but that didn't help the connectivity issue.

I have tried everything ican think of to resolve this...flushed dns, changed authentication type etc but  I'm stumped.

Sure hope you can help.

Moosie

Try the following...Copy and paste to ensure spaces are where they are supposed to be..

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

^ copy and paste into notepad. Save as    Reset Network.bat

....then double click it to run it...

(the .bat extension will save the file as a batch file to automatically
run the commands shown above.)

Reboot.
