Toshiba How difficult can it be?

Does any one out there have a Toshiba Satellite L850 D and is willing to send me a copy of the factory reset disk built into the Hard drive. i desperatly need one and trying to get toshiba to send me one is like pulling teeth since my laptop is not under warrenty

You can Buy them from Toshiba,Nothing to do with in or out of warranty.
