Hello

Something happened to my child's computer, so I don't exactly know where to start.

The computer will not run Firefox or Malwarebytes.

I can not Install a new MBAM, I will get a .exe error.

I can not scan the computer.

I am using the probook 4530 to make this post.

I can use Avira. It has a .EXE messeage also.

Thank you for looking.
