I hope I am in the right forum.

My daughter was doing a project on my PC last night. And I turned it on this morning and there is some red symbol next to where it should be the DSL double-computer and globe icon.

And it says "no internet connections found"

Everything is plugged in and all my other devices are working.

My son thinks she may have hit some sort of shortcut on the keyboard to cut off or block the DSL??

I have no idea and am beyond tech challeged

Please tell me how I can get my Envy to connect to the DSl again..thanks

Is this computer connected wirelessly? According to HP, pushing the F12 key will turn wireless off and on. It will be amber if off and blue if on.

Edit: you may have to also push the Fn key with the F12 key.
