I accidently opened up an email that said my package was not delivered by USPS and I was expecting a package from USPS
although that email ended up being a virus and has now taken over my computer constantly keeping it busy and not letting me do anything. I am in safe mode as I write this. I have used Spybot, Malwarebytes , Microsoft Security Essentials, SUPERAntiSpyware, CCleaner serveral times with all of them and can not seem to get rid of the virus. I have downloaded DDS to create a log and have an attachment and compressed to a zip folder but I do not see a way to attach the DDS attachment to this post. I'm thinking that will be our next step. Is a log file ok in safe mode to use? If you need any other information please let me know
