Recently my steam started coming up with an installment bug causing steam to crash while installing games so i couldnt install (working my way around it without installing any new games) i also got a malware issue where my steam comes up with a blank screen looking through onto my bagground via that window when i am using market onto steam client. beside that i sometimes can see a little add in corners of steam which i can press a X onto. would love to get abit of help removing those. And ofc also abit of help trying to fix my steam installment bug.

Have you visited Steam help or looked at the Steam forums to see if any one else is having the same problem ?  You may well find a solution there.

If you believe you have malware on your own computer, rather than a Steam problem, then as a first step, go to the downloads section of BC and download Malwarebytes. Install it, let it update and then run a quick scan and see if it reports any problems. If it does report problems which it cannot itself fix, then start a topic in the 'Am I infected?' section of BC, give details of your computer, describe your problem and say that you have run Malwarebytes and what it has come up with.

If you do post in 'Am I infected?', be patient. The members working in that area are specialists, there are never enough of them, and they are busy ! And if you are asked to do something you don't understand, post back and ask for an explanation.
