Lost Administrative Privelages

Using Windows 7 after window update I lost Admin. Rights. My computer is operating very slow.

Please advise me on what I need to do.

That happened to me some time ago and i used this method >>> http://www.thewindowsclub.com/lost-administrative-rights-in-windows and it worked out just fine. Just go there and follow instructions. I could explain the whole procedure but this is much easier.
