Computer Info:

Microsoft Windows XP

Media Center Edition

Version 2002

SP3, 64X2 Dual

Hewlett-Packard Co.

I saw my outdated plugins. One was Shockwave, so I clicked to update.

It brought me to Adobe Flash Player (13.0.0.206)

After doing the proper steps, it stopped and said

"Installation encountered errors"

The file name was install_flashplayer 13x13_mssd_aaa_ain.exe

Anyone can provide me with steps to update this??

Thanks!

Thanks! -Stacey
