Anyone use "Ultra Virus Killer": http://www.technibble.com/review-ultra-virus-killer-uvk/? The authors site appears to be here: http://www.carifred.com/uvk/, I noticed a LinkedIn article billing it as freeware, which does not appear to be true:  https://www.linkedin.com/groupItem?view=&item=5870382282233102338&type=member&gid=85620&trk=eml-b2_anet_digest-null-8-null&fromEmail=fromEmail&ut=0pR9PB_0Um16g1

UVK - Ultra Virus Killer is a free program by Carifred which purports to detect and remove malware from a computer. However, there are more reliable and trustworthy programs which I would recommend and trust more. Further, the software includes other features which claim to improve system performance, make repairs and tune up a computer.

UVK bundles advanced tools for cleaning, boosting and optimizing Windows.

Bleeping Computer DOES NOT recommend the use of registry cleaners/optimizers for several reasons.
Please read: Why you should not use Registry Cleaners and Optimization Tools

Be sure to read Microsoft's support policy for the use of registry cleaning utilities in that topic...Microsoft does not support the use of registry cleaners.
