I have a Dell Inspiron N5050 laptop with windows 7 home edition 64 bit.  Whenever I try to open or run AVG the application freezes.  I've tried installing skype and the installer usually won't even launch or it will freeze part way through.  I've ran online virus scans but nothing shows up.
