Is it (not) possible to change W7 Windows Explorer so that it looks and works like XP?  Tks

I tweaked xp quite a lot with xfinder to get around explorer fast,to be honest i quite like the win 7 layout so i tweaked the libraries a bit with WinAero Librarian and left it at that (that and installing group policies,custom desktop,wallpaperchanger,rocketdock..aaah)

I'll start playing around with it tomorrow.  At this stage I'd be quite happy if I could get back to the XP layout (plus favourites ideally), as in one or other of your suggestions, and leave the tweaking till a later stage.

Okeydoky,good luck,remember to make those restore points as you make changes,just in case.Favorites is their in 7 explorer

on the top left when you open a folder?

If not you can put it back.
