I am new to these forums and I really don't know where to even begin. My pc is running really slow and will not allow me to even open Malwarebytes to find the problem(s). I have gotten tons of warnings that my disc space is full (yeah right, 258gig that is used only for my children's school!) I also keep getting error messages when I try to install/uninstall specific programs and or download any new ones (i.e. update malwarebytes). I have limited knowledge and would love any helpful advice I can get. Thank you.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

I can NOT get my pc to download anything. I got the message that "MiniToolBox" could not dl and then a message that the publisher could not be verified. Also I cannot send a snapshot as I don't have the required tools and again can't download them.

Ready to try Disk Cleanup? I would recommend this first ! Once you get some freespace then you can use all these other tools
