Hello , Please feel free to move this post if necessary. I noticed an icon reciently on my wife's computer ( vista) that  a gray square with a black dog in the middle of it was in the taskbar( lower right hand side of desktop near time and date). I did a search and found your removal instruction for Zentom System Guard and followed the instructions word for word. However she still has the icon in the taskbar. Does anyone know how to rid her computer of this program and icon once and for all .

 Thanks in advance, M.J. Barr

Did you run RKill and then Malwarebytes?

Please post the Malwarebytes log.

To find your Malwarebytes log, download mbam-check.exe from here and save it to your desktop.

To open the log double click on mbam-check.exe on your desktop.  When the log opens, scroll down toward the bottom of the log to Quarantined Items.  Copy and paste this in your next post.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
