My job requires me to print rosters  using Microsoft excel. Recently I attempted to print a roster but when I finished printing this only 18 lines showed up on the roster and the roster requires 26 names, thus missing the last 8 lines, I reinstalled my printer (HP) thinking it was a printer issue and it is still showing and printing the first 18 lines.
What is my issue and how can I fix it? I tried to fix issue going to help Colum on my Excel  program yet all I seem to get is links to buy a newer version of office.
 Please help if possible.

Hi Ron, Welcome to BC.

Have you check that the print area contains all the rows you need printed? Also, are you using Excel 2007?

This is how you can view or re-select the print area:

Zoom out so you can see more of the document.

Select all the columns/rows that you need printed.

Go to Page Layout/Print Area/Set Print area and make sure all the data is selected for print

Try that and please let me know --if it appears to be something else, I can help further :)

Thank You for your assistance in this matter but it doesn't want to  show or print more than 17 lines and my roster at this time requires at least 25 lines, and I have done everything you had suggested and what I can remember from my old IT days.

If you have more suggestions at this point I'll  take any help

@rvice51866 Please let us know what version of Excel you are using so that we can tailor the information to the right version and not make assumptions as to the possible problem. Thank you.
