Hello all, this is my 1st post, and it is probably not relevant to this forum but here it is...

I cannot get onto any search engines. I have tried yahoo.co.uk; google.co.uk; lycos.co.uk; dogpile.com; yahoo.com.

Whats going on. Either it will tell me "Cannot find server", or direct me to a different site: when I typed dogpile.com I was directed to http://www.www.dogpile.com.org/. Yahoo.com still works but NO images appear, just the box for me to type.

Do you think someone has been a funny bugger and somehow prevented my browser (internet exp) from viewing these sites?

Welcome to BC!

It sounds like you have been hijacked!

I would recommend following the Preparation Guide to posting a High Jack This log. You may not need to actually post a log, however. If you follow the instuctions in the Preparation Guide faithfully then your computer may be cleaned. However, rarely is a computer infected with only one thing, and it is possible that not all of it will not get removed using this method.

If after completing all of the steps in the Preparation Guide you continue to have issues, post a HJT log as instructed in the Preparation Guide.

Currently home chillin' with the fam and my two dogs!
