Hi guys,

Can someone please have a look on my dump files and diagnose the root of the problem?

I have provided 2 dump files.

During BSOD screen,I saw driver_irql_not_less_or_equal tcpip.sys

I just have no ideas what is causing it.

When I googled em. It turned out that it could be either
-Outdated network driver
-More than one anti-malware application were installed
-Incompatible applications

-I always update my network driver oftenly.
-I just uninstalled extra anti-malware app & left with Avast (Still encounter BSOD though)

-I'm not quite sure on this but whenever I do driver updates,

I will directly go to the manufacturer site->search my model->filter download by windows version->download->update

From the download link above,

1st DUMP file originated from 30/4-where I still have the anti-malware apps.
2nd DUMP,which is today-where I have already uninstalled antimalware & updated my drivers.(Performed,after I encounter 1st BSOD)

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  When  FileHippo opens, click on Download latest version in the upper right pane.
When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.
Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.
The following screen will appear, click on Yes.
The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.
In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste.  This will load a link to the Speccy log.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 Checkmark the following checkboxes:
• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
