Hello guys I am a new member and I got a error today on my desktop computer. It seems sort of odd because I haven't really installed alot of software only recently I had installed maya and photoshop (about 10 days ago) and 2 games one of which was installed about a week ago and the other just today a few hours before the crash. Here is the dump file,  I installed Speecy to monitor my temps but I never had an overheating issue only a few times when the bios would state that the temp was too hot at start up, at the time of the crash my brother was playing Counter Strike Go. Any help would be aprreciated thanks.

:thumbup2: , I will review the data submitted in a few minutes, thanks :).

Are you overclocking this system?  I see no indications of overheating of the CPU or the hard drive.

No, for the most part I try not to mess with overclocking since I don't really know how to do it properly, I believe everything is pretty much in stock settings.

<<...but I never had an overheating issue only a few times when the bios would state that the temp was too hot at start up,>>

Please...provide some details about this.  Did you get a specific error message?  If so, when did it occur and exactly what was the content?

Louis

I don't remember the exact error code but the error was cpu fan error. However I read online which stated that this was a common error with my particular board and my fan, I believe it was caused by the rpm of the fan not starting as high as the motherboard would like it to be, in any case when it reaches 600 rpm the error stops which is usually in less than a few seconds. To fix it I just turned off reporting in the bios for that particular error, but my cpu temps have always been ideal and it has never caused a crash, I built my computer about 7 months ago.
