Computer has been freezing almost once every minute

Hi, I decided to ask for some help on this website because I seen someone else with a similar issue and he got his issue resolved.. So hopefully the same can work for me haha. So this issue started 2 days ago. My computer freezes but it doesn't freeze completely. Say I am browsing the internet.. I can still browse the internet and do everything normally but if I try and open another program I can't click anything but the program I was on when my computer locks up. What I have been doing is pressing ctrl alt dlt and waiting about 2 seconds then clicking cancel. After that my computer works normally but after 20-30 seconds of hitting ctrl alt dlt my computer locks up again. This is starting to get really annoying and I haven't seen anyone with the same issue. I just updated all my drivers, scanned my computer a few times and it says its clean, and I am still getting the same issue. What is really weird is that when I restart my computer my computer is already locked up as soon as it loads so I have to hit ctrl alt dlt as soon as I start up my computer to use any program. If anyone has any ideas of what is causing this issue and can help me out I would really appreciate it as it is starting to get really annoying.

I forgot to mention.. Before the lock up happens something pretty weird happens. I'm pretty my computer randomly clicks where my mouse is or does something else because when I'm playing RuneScape I'm standing completely still and my computer starts clicking where my mouse is and it makes me move to where I clicked. Also before the lock up happened I had iTunes open and it randomly started changing the song.. It did this about 5 times and then my computer was locked up.

Actually I don't know if I would even call it "freezing" everything works fine when it happens.. I can still play RuneScape, browse the web, or do anything on the page that I'm on when it happens.. But I just click anything else besides what I was doing.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
