Total physical RAM: 503.48 MB

You are running a system with minimal RAM, 512MB.  While the system will run XP with that amount...the RAM is part of the processing power of the system and the minimal amount does not provide the horsepower to efficiently process certain tasks in today's world, IMO.

1 Drive c: () (Fixed) (Total:14.63 GB) (Free:0.78 GB) FAT32

Your Windows partition is too small for whatever you have on it.  Windows requires an estimated 15% of the C: partition to be free space...yours does not meet that requirement and unexpected dysfunctioning...should be expected as long as that is the case.

I would uninstall Advanced System Care.  It is an "optimizer/registry cleaner" and such are known to cause, rather than cure, system problems, IMO.  BC does not support the use of such programs.

1.  Uninstall Advanced System Care, using Add/Remove Programs.

2.  Move enough data files (not programs) from the C: partition to give it the room that it needs.  To be honest...you can move all data files (music, games, videos) from the C: partition to any other partition...without any loss of "advantage".  There is no advantage to having these files on the C: partition or in the My Docs, My Videos, etc. group of folders.

3.  Run the chkdsk /r command on the C: partition.

4.  Observe the system, see if problems remain.

What is your suggestion sir ?? What should i do??

In addition to the recommendations that Louis has suggested, there's many apps on your computer that's way out of date. Also updating to XP SP3 contains many fixes, rolled up into one package.

Having up to date apps are just as important as keeping Windows updated, as these contains some security fixes also, including less resource usage. If you're watching videos with that old version of VLC, no wonder they're choppy. though there are other factors, including ISP speed, that plays into this.

Speaking of resources, it would help a lot if you could at least double your RAM to 1GB. I've never been able to get an XP install to run good on less, it's also one of the more cost efficient choices to boost performance. Whatever your computer will hold, up to 4GB, stuff it full. You'll see a world of difference by doing so.

Performing full disc images weekly and keeping important data off of the 'C' drive as generated can be the best defence against Malware/Ransomware attacks, as well as a wide range of other issues.

It may be in part due to all of that, some unneeded, much way out of date software loading. That Yahoo Toolbar is basically spyware & should be removed. Much of the rest is way out of date.

SP3 for Windows XP contains many hotfixes for various issues & should be installed, then recheck for updates. When it's offered, you can skip .NET Framework 4, as you won't benefit from it & there many updates to that software, that is very slow to install. But SP3 will help your computer to run better, so will the removal of some of these ancient software (with Revo Uninstaller) & either keep them removed or download & install current versions. I run ESET NOD32 myself, the current version is 7.something, am not on that computer at the moment. It's been at least 3 years since I ran the 4.2 versions.

VLC Media Player is 10+ versions behind, the current is 2.1.3 (32 bit), 2.1.4 for 64 bit users.

Once all of these things are updated & cleaned up. you need to download, install & update both SuperAntiSpyware & Malwarebytes Free (watch out for any extra software offered & decline them), then run Full Scans with each, it would be best to run Malwarebytes (MBAM) first. It's likely going to find some power robbing infected files/registry keys & will quarantine them, you'll be prompted to reboot when it's finished. When getting ready to scan, select Threat Scan, click the Advanced tab & be sure that "Check for Rootkits" & Scan within Archives" are checked & to "automatically quarantine & remove all threats"

I've ran this on many older, as well as some newer computers & after scan & quarantine of files, speed picked up to normal. You have nothing to lose & everything to gain by trying, this is Free software, though it's offered in a Premium version that operates in real time.

Updates for xp has been stopped in 8 april 2014

You're right, but you can get any available updates that were released before then, plus you can update many of those apps you have installed.

Being that some are so out of date, download the new version of each. Then use Revo Uninstaller Free to completely remove the old, you can do this part first. Then reboot, install the latest CCleaner that you should have downloaded & run it to get rid of any leftovers. Then proceed to install the rest of your updated software. Anything that you don't need, just don't reinstall it.

You'll have a more secure computer with up to date apps, plus less resourse usage. Avoid letting any extra toolbars & other junk install with your new apps. That Yahoo toolbar is spyware that slows your computer.
