HI,Is there any logical reason for youtube not showing anything on screen,the only thing i get is a blank white screen where the video should be and happens on both I.E and FIREFOX i show ADOBE FLASH PLAYER which i did not have before its like something is blocking the connection,this even happens on my homepage where there are videos to play.

I removed AVAST! by way REVO because i thought that was the problem did not make a difference.

I still have mouse pointer with the little blinking hour glass and have not figured how to stop that,i still think that the flash player popup is connected to my pointer/hour glass blinking problem,because i thought there was a bogus flash player that was going around any ideas why this getting to be a real problem and i am down to my last two brain cells right now,thanks

The little blinking hour glass is not as bad as it was,before i not only a blinking hour glass but the mouse pointer was also blinking.

Well the removing of ADAWARE got a partial youtube video it blinks on for a few seconds then its off,i was wondering if i might be able to do a screen capture of the blinking hour glass to show you what i see,i also have my PC freeze up and force a shut down to use PC which i understand not a good thing to do.

If i can do a screen capture can i download to BC and how would i do that,thanks.

So what`s happend with RealPlayer,because the uninstall is not complete.Also backup is trying to be done in drive F: which doesn`t exist.You use Malwarebytes Secure backup or?May be such a conflict there is so PC freeze up.

HI,Drive F is off line because it is WINXP and did not want any problems with it so i unhooked data cable as far as the REAL PLAYER goes i do not think it is working,right now with youtube problem and/or video playing i am like a cat with 4 paws and 5 mouse holes trying to chase down this problem i think we agree that something is blocking video down load but where is the question right now i am afraid it is deep inside my PC and i am not sure or competent enough how to get inside PC to find it.

The only thing that i know for sure is i clicked a pop up to update ADOBE FLASH PLAYER then i read somewhere after that there was a bogus flash player going around.

A #2 lead pencil and paper is looking better all the time,thanks for the help.

Have you done everything from my post#6?

For me this was bogus - swMSM (Version: 12.0.0.1)

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode HERE onto your desktop.

    Close all open programs and internet browsers.
    Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
    Click on Scan.
    After the scan is complete click on "Clean"
    Confirm each time with Ok.
    Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
    Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
    You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

HI,Alex&Vanko,I messed up and hit wrong button and deleted all that was on notepad,also may be it is just that i download stuff but less i am mistaken i do not have the option to save on my desktop still getting the bugs worked out WIN 7 OS on how to do and find things.

You know doing system restore is really bad because can not do it like WINXP you have hunt for how to put your own DATE&TIME in whereas with WINXP it was straight forward.

I don`t think System Restore will be helpful.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool HERE where is possible.

    Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
    The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

HI,Well went to I.E.  and was able to download youtube and was able to play a music video for over 2hrs,no silly blinking hour glass,so no problems what so ever but that remains a question mark for,i even tried to download #30 of firefox and to tell you truth firefox for me has turned into a piece of junk i do not have hardly anything left in the upper task bar,no FIREFOX logo to go tools,file,nothing.

I have thought rolling FIREFOX back a couple updates to see if that would make a difference but then again i might just remove FIREFOX totally,i also was able to transfer my bookmarks to I.E. which is amazing in of itself so all in all not a total lost.

Thanks for all of the  help but i am down to my last few brain cells and i need all i have left,like i said almost of the stuff that was on the upper part of PC is gone so it makes it really hard to get anywhere without them.
