Hi,

The hour glass symbol ususlly means that the CPU is busy. Have you opened task manager -> processes to see what's running that needs your resources? Do you have a good, current security program installed and running?

Keep us posted

Try reducing the mouse pointer speed in the Control Panel.

Don't forget you can always change it back if this does not solve the problem.

HI,I still have problems mouse not as bad as it once, but now I have to deal with a partial screen when I go to a different page I have to resize back to full screen.
I went into eventviewer and it showed 183 events since 4/20/2014 I downloaded CLIPMAGIC BUT do not know if I can copy and paste the whole log so far I can only copy & paste one item at a time,i have not
used CLIPMAGIC much so there may be a way to copy all that is in eventviewer log.
