i cant use fonts in windows 7

every time i try to install font i find the button like this ...

1- open control panel

-2 open fonts

3- open the prefered font

4- try to install

5- the problem ?????

You should be able to drag the .ttf files to your fonts folder (c:\Windows\fonts)

Sometimes updating Word helps,also you might have lost the relevant system files to font instalation,run the

file checker,reboot and try to install.

You need to be the administrator on the target machine

Are you trying to install a new font or simply clicking on a Font that is already in the Font Folder. Any Font in the Font Folder should already be installed. That is why the install button is greyed out.

Might check that you are on the admin profile, if not you might have issues changing or adding fonts to the pc.

Are you trying to install a new font or simply clicking on a Font that is already in the Font Folder. Any Font in the Font Folder should already be installed. That is why the install button is greyed out.

 

yes ... exactly i was clicking on a Font that is already in the Font Folder

 

but why does font no change in title bars

The font of the title bar cannot be changed using the Fonts folder in control panel. You can tweak them using the following method.
