When I try to send mail from my desktop using send- mail recipient, I get a mail service called mail.ur, in Russian, have tried to get rid of it from my default program, have tried getting an answer from Google, any help greatly appreciated. I am using Internet Explorer on Win 8.1. T.I.A.

Have you recently just experienced this problem, previously without issues?  I noticed you mentioned using IE, did you mean outlook?

Just noticed. I recently restored to factory, sorry I am using Windows Live. This mail.ur seems to be associated with Google mail, I tried checking on Google and found nothing. I looked on control panel and found nothing
